PROCESSING TIME:

We do our best to ship the same day we get the order. Otherwise it will be shipped out next business day (with the exception of very large prints).

If you have urgent shipping needs, please let us know before or when you are placing your order.
We will do our best to make what you need to happen, happen.

All of our domestically shipped items will be shipped / tracked via UPS, Fedex or USPS*.

Once an order has been shipped, your tracking number will be be updated in your order details.

*Please note, we ship sewing patterns using Pitney Bowes whish uses USPS, but offers you the customer a reduced shipping charge. If you would prefer that a sewing pattern is upgraded to standard first class mail, please let us know before ordering.

RETURN POLICY:

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us before leaving feedback and we will do our best to make things right.

We only consider returns if an item is not as described or broken when it arrives.

Returns must be approved in advance of the item being shipped back and shipped within 7 days of receipt of the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value

Since what we sell is vintage items, there is no warranty.
These items have most likely survived many years of loving care and use.

We do not smoke, and are careful not to sell items that have a smell.
We do not offer returns for the smell of our items.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We accept cancellations as long as you submit a request BEFORE your items is Pre-shipped, and a full refund will be issued.
Once your items has shipped, we cannot cancel your order and issue a refund while your package is in transit.

Please understand the cost of shipping is not refundable from the carrier.
If your order was shipped free of charge, we will deduct our original shipping charge to cover our initial shipping cost, as we still must pay the carrier.

LOST AND RETURN MAIL DUE TO WRONG ADDRESS

All packages are sent using UPS, USPS or FEDEX with tracking number.
We are not responsible for lost mail due to an incorrectly entered address or for packages marked as "delivered" but are never received.

We will not offer a refund if the parcel was returned for the following reasons.

* The address provided by you was not correct
* The parcel is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered

We will offer to have the package reshipped once the parcel has been sent back to us.
In that case, we will need to confirm your shipping address and the shipping & handling cost will be at your expense.

GIFT WRAPPING AND PACKAGING

Most of our jewelry comes in gift box ready for gift giving. To better reduce the waste, we may combine your items in ONE gift box when you purchase multiple items.
But if you like separate gift box for each item, please leave us a note at check out, and we will make sure to pack your items in a separate box.

FREE SHIPPING

All our domestic USA shipping on orders over $35 is FAST and FREE, available in all areas across the US with a minimum order of $35.

With FREE shipping that is paid for by us, we reserve the right to ship with the best mix of cost vs delivery speed. We may utilize rates from USPS, Fedex and or UPS.

PROBLEM WITH ORDER?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us before leaving feedback and we will do our best to make things right.

Any issue with your order must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of delivery so it can be promptly investigated. If an issue is not reported within 3 days we cannot assist further.

Due to our products being unique and one of a kind we reserve the right to discontinue or revise products at any time. Prices, promotions and coupons are subject to change without notice.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY

Yes. We do ship internationally.

PLEASE NOTE:
-International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries.
-We will not forge customs documents to reduce customs fees. The actual value and accurate tariff number/s will be listed on the custom form.
-Transit times vary, depending on where you are in the world and the postage you choose when placing the order. It could take 2-4 weeks for some international orders to deliver depending on location.
-We do not guarantee delivery times & will not refund if it does takes longer than you want for your item to be delivered.
